Best Potential US President
Since many people are complaining about the validity of the Best Leaders poll, due to comparing the US president to the rest of the worlds leaders (and apparently the complaint is the US mojority on this forum voted for the US leader automatically) I decided to try this out, just outta curiosity.

McCain for the Republicans -- he's a moderate, fiscally conservative, logical public speaker who inspires confidence. I HATE the fact that the Bush team beat him in the primaries years back through underhanded tactics (e.g. surrepticious phone campaign in South Carolina suggesting McCain fathered an illegitimate black child). Giuliani would make a good VP, not sure if I'd make him president though.
For the Democrats, the cupboard is pretty bare. Wesley Clark probably is their best bet, but i doubt they'll give him another chance. Military experience provides him with the authority to lead, he again is a fiscal conservative, but most surprisingly has a good understanding of the youth vote. I think Clark could have beaten Bush last election, but the Dems went for the 'safe' bet with Kerry. I suspect in a few years John Edwards will get another kick at the can too.

Actually I was just curious, i truly believe that Bush is a better president, and probably the best leader in the world right now, my reason was simply because many people were complaing about the other poll, and I thought doing one where all things are equal except political views, because comparing Bush to Putin just isn't a valid comparison, they are in completely different situations

Thta's a stupid poll man. Of course Bush will win. Kerry will never stand. He is hardly a 'potential leader.' And anyway isn't it supposed to be about potential leaders? Kerry is out and Bush can't even stand again.
Pretty dumb like I said. seems like just another 'I love Bush' thread to me.

I mean his wife now who is a rude, crude and was even told to stay out of the public eys becouse she was killing kerry's chances. She never released her tax returns just the
1st page not ther information people wanted to see... Also her company of wich she is
trustee gives money to a charity that is a front for funding "terrorism". She is truste but
yet she claim she has no knowledge of it (the doantions to the "charity"). Kerry has yet to answer the allegations about his past....and his war record.
