OK, at the risk of sounding cynical, why on god's green earth do we need a $2.5 million dollar memorial to remember those who got shot, when there are people who are still alive who would be much better uses of that money? Feed the hungry, honor the dead.....seems an easy choice to ME |

I agree, but the reality of it is, the money would not be there except to make a memorial, such is the nature of funding.
