While it is true that it is scary all the pollutants that are around us everywhere we turn because of our "advancement" our life expectancy is still the highest it has ever been and last time I checked was still rising.
*Edit*
But I've come to learn you should worry less about what's around you, and more of what you put in you. What you eat, smoking, drinking.
Cokes = bad, fried foods = bad, candy = bad. Lately I've had normal cheerios with diced fresh bananas, a glass of orange juice, a sandwhich for lunch with wheat bread and lettuce with turkey not ham, and for dinner my mom usually cooks some spaghetti with meatsauce and treat myself to applesauce for dessert. And of course throughout the day have half a gallon of water, don't smoke, I workout, and every now and then I get some running done. Do that and you should be fine.
