I'm really at a loss now... i've been thinking about how this works...how they compare....and what the deal is......
I've got a few "quick" thoughts on the contrasts so far... But first...some information on the topic at hand... as most of you are either lost..... or are somewhat knowing what i'm talking about November 11th is a Canadian holiday..... in rememberance of the the war.... the men/women... and the entirity of it all...... and to learn from that mistake.... and try everything in our power to stop something similare from happening again.... Wereas i'm not sure what september 11th stands for...... Although not a US holiday... (yet).... but it's becoming a recognized day.... People that i've talked to about this day are just as much confused as it's been somewhat related to our canadian holiday.... What i want... is some opinions....... as i and some others are completely confused on what the US is trying to either acheive..... it couldn't possible be for rememberence other then to remember then the few thousand people that died..... it's use it nothing more (MY OPINION) then some hate/rage push.... to feed the US government....... for war..... NOW SOMEONE... PLEASE... say i'm wrong.... as i'm not the only one getting this opinion..... (and some of my US friends agree with me... so that some may not think i'm just some crazy canadian....eh? )

November 11th is Remembrance Day throughout the Commonwealth...and is a memorial to those killed in armed conflict. In the UK it is observed on the Sunday closest to 11th November and is known as Remembrance Sunday. Originally known as Armistice Day because the armistice that ended World War 1 was signed on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918...Hope that clears it up a bit!
