Cook-Outs and Remembrance

I am going to have cook-out on this unusually cool day in North Texas.There will be family and friends, because this is what we do on Memorial Day.In America, this day is one of the most special of all,we are free people and we love that more than anything else.We also know and reflect upon the thousands of men and women who gave their lives so we can have that PRECIOUS freedom.I am also thankful for the brave people of our friends in Europe who also paid a great price for us all.This includes the French people who we are a little crossways with right now,but we will work it out.We need them as much as they need us.My prayers for all of you on Memorial Day.Choppy

Glad to see someone who loves his country. Me myself I'm not American but still.. I love to see people like you, it reminds me of the good times in Yugoslavia.
