Some questions about Intel's overclocking program

I have been using the desktop OC program from Intel for the last year or so. It lets me oc my system 4%. I know when I use this that it overclocks the entire system, not just the CPU correct? I have never ran into any heat issues or problems from using this, but I would just like to know if oc'ing increases voltage to the gpu and other components. 1.5v is standard to the graphics card, when ocing does it supply more? like 1.6? If so should i not use this program anymore?

Thanks

It is possible that the program also raises Voltage sent to AGP but I'm not too sure about that. Would that be the AI Booster application, or some other? Supplying more voltage to the AGP would not have a bonus off-hand unless the video card is overclocked too so I don't think it actually would OC the AGP.

System Specs

I think he's talking about the Intel Desktop Control Center. It will only work for Intel branded boards such as the 875DBZ he has, the 865PERL I have, and others. That function of the IDCC is an extension of the built in bios settings that Intel has called "Burn-In Mode". This way you don't need to enter the bios to access it.

A very basic program I like is Clockgen. You download the version for your specific chipset/board, and can adjust AGP and FSB settings.
