there are many signs of pixels being moved about, but im not that bothered to start showing photoshop analysis. this above shows a simple chopping error, when the guy cut and paste, he didnt zoom in enough to make sure the figures lined up, because CPUz is always forced right in regard to figures. the spacing between the dots is also wrong.
