good start would be to up just up the Bus to 200 to run 1:1 with 400DDR, if yer RAM supports it of course, is it multipier locked? if so, you'll prolly need a lil more voltage, if not you can just bak down the multi a lil.

I think the bus is stock at 200, and everything can be unlocked.

Depend wat yer lookin to do? lookin for over all MGHz or lookin for better bandwidth with yer FSB, it would be a good idea to lay out yer specs in yer sig or post em, just 4 a reference.

clock speed 2100
FSB speed 200.0MHz
multiplier 10.5x
that's the cpu speeds, I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for, do you need volts too?
voltage=1.632

Start by upping the fsb as high as you can keeping the ram in sync. Most likely, you'll hit the barrier quite soon with that ram.
After that, there's not much worth doing other than raising the multiplier until you reach your Mhz limit.
I recently overclocked a 2600+ t-bred which was one of the simplest overclocks I've ever done. It being a KT400A board, the apg/pci slots couldn't be locked, so only the multiplier could be changed. 14.5x wouldn't boot regardless of voltage, and 14x worked perfectly stable at default voltage. Took me about 5 minutes total, excluding stability testing.

So, how much voltage for each x1?

Your current voltage is currently sufficient for some stable overclocking without raising it. You might want to raise it to 1.70 or 1.75 if you want to go higher than a multiplier higher than 11x. How high can your multiplier go?

I think it can go as high as I want, I'm not sure lemme check, be right back.
edit//10.5 is the standard, I bumped it up to 11 like you said, and the multiplier goes up to 22

Odd, when I check in cpu-z it lists the multiplier as 10.5, even though I bumped it up to 11, and that's what it says in the BIOS, I'll keep looking for more options that may help me with this

Yeah, a xp 3000 has a multi of 10.5. Did you save the settings before you exited the bios?

also its probably fully locked. Seriously even if your MOBO insists that its changed, I'd wager that its locked.
Unless of course your clockspeed is showing higher, in which case CPU-Z is just full of itself.
which Geil ram do you have? Do you have the ones with the gold heat spreaders? or the blue.
I got the high end stuff(cost me an arm and a leg but its worth it) the PC3200 can push all the way up to 250mhz no prob, so you should have PLENTY of room. If you got the 2.5 CAS or 3.0 CAS, you might have trouble, but hey s'all good.

I always recommend raising clock speed by raising the FSB instead of the muliplier.
higher bandwidth for the memory as well as high CPU speeds.
Best of both worlds.

Geminiwave, are you saying I can hit a 250 FSB with a 1:1 divider with my corsair Xms 3200c2? 2 CAS?

I have the geil with the blue heat spreaders[remember I have infineon sh t too ]. When I raise the multiplier, it doesn't show in the bios under internal clock, it says 2100mhz, even though the multiplier is 200x11. There's probably some option there to unlock it, there are tons of options, and I'm scared to use some of em
