Problems with OC (A64 3200+, MSI nForce4 Ultra)

A friend of mine has Winchester 3200+ and MSI nForce4 Ultra MB and when he rises or even slows down FSB (simply set another than 200MHz) the PC won't start, we have tried slowering HyperTransport, RAM, higher voltages.

We were surprised, because everyone says he is OCing like mad and we are not able to get any extra MHz..... MB has stock BIOS (AWARD, do not know whiuch version). I'm gonna buy 3000+ or 3200+ this week, so I do not want to get to any s*it, if you understand what I mean.....

Does the bios look something like this? Try these settings:
