It depends which one you order, if you go for the LS (lightspeed) you dont get a case with that model, and you have to mod your own, normally they fit quite well with Lian Li cases however ive seen some companies selling them already installed. you can see the images http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatal...l_Systems.html here.
If you go for the other non LS models they all come fitted in a vapochill case but they arent quite as good for cooling as the lightspeed. (there are many details about this online if you google it).
I am not going to go into phase cooling as there are many resources online detailing the principals of how it works, but you can be assured if your mobo can handle overclocking and you are reaching limits with water or air, your CPU will hit heights not possible with water. Setting it up is relatively easy, id actually say its no harder than setting up watercooling but if you concerned with never building one before just take a day to sit with the manuals and do it correctly, dont rush it.
I had used an older vapo and a prommie system a year or so ago and they were troubled with condensation issues, but the new models have a new design and they are much easier to set up and you dont need to mess around with string seal and crap like that, they really have improved on that side of things with research in the last year.
Id strongly recommend them, and really if you are anyway experienced or even mid level with hardware you wont have a problem.
