OC with waterchill system

ive got a new system and want to oc it what i dont know is which is best, fsb or higer cpu speed..

this is my system
Amd64 3500+ s939 (2,2ghz)
Asus A8n-SLI Deluxe
Geil 533DDR (3,4,4,11)
Asus N6600GT/TD TOP LIMITED EDITION 520/1100
WD Raptor 73gb
OCZ 450W MODSTREAM PSU
Compucase chassi

now i wanted my ram to work @ 533ddr and this is the speed it got
amd 2131,2mhz fsb 266,4hz 8xmultip 266*2=533ddr
the ram goes right but the cpu is runing lower than the 2,2ghz

I decided to OC the whole system and this is what i got without voltage increase everything is set to auto

Amd 2548,6mhz fsb 268,3mhz x9,5muli ram 254,8mhz*2=509,6ddr

AND

Amd 2570mhz fsb 257mhz x10muli ram 257mhz*2=514ddr

now my question is which one is best, the one with higher fsb but slower cpu speed and ram speed Or the lastone with higher cpu speed... if i want more speed does increase of voltage help? if so to what voltage.

another thing i did was ocing the GFX with the asus smart doc and it goes to 550/1220 and it works great with a temp @ 40c when runing gfx

i decided to dl coolbit and i let it detect the speed and it went up to 593/1250mhz and the idle temp was set to 34-36c and runing gfx @ 41c
now do i have to think of something ocing @ the higher rate if so what?

i dont want to **** up my system or HW

any tip or trick is helpfull thanks alot for the support!

first of all more voltage = more stable OC and higher fsb is normally better but ther are some times that this isnt true. so run sisandra or something and get some benchies of both speeds

This is the Peak ive reached..

btw thanks for the info, im just curious about 1 thing and thats the volts and temps for the system if i post the spec could you pls comment if something seems a bit wrong..

CPU 2607,5mhz FSB274 x 9,5MultiP 1,6375V
DDR 521,6DDR FSB260,8 2,95V 3,4,4,11
PCI-EX 100mhz
PCI Sync 33.33Mhz
Hyper Transport F. 5X
Frontside buss 2*411=822mhz

Voltage
Vcore 1,64V
3,3V 3,32V
5V 4,99V
12V 11,71V

Temps
Cpu 40c
Sys 28C

NOW my question is the 12V isnt it to low? if so what can i do to change it...
and i have also noticed that the temp has gone upp with more than 8c since i tuned the voltage to a higher rate. thats normal right?

and when butting Hyper transport to 5x i guess the frontside buss goes way lower than normal since it says 2*411mhz = 822mhz.

now im runing @ this setting

CPU 2548,6mhz FSB268,3 x 9,5MultiP 1,55V
DDR 509,6DDR FSB254,8 2,8V 3,4,4,11
PCI-EX 100mhz
PCI Sync 33.33Mhz
Hyper Transport F. AUTO
frontside buss 2*804mhz=1608mhz

that setting seems more stable and the voltage aint that high
and the frontside buss is runing faster which is better?

Voltage
Vcore 1,54V
3,3V 3,33V
5V 5,0V
12V 11,48V

Temps
Cpu 39c
Sys 30C

Thanks!
