pump relay help!
hey, i got a new pump relay (that came with no instructions) and the conection is labled N G L in that order. N = nuetral G = ground L = hot?  help please i dont want to hook it up wrong and fry stuff 110v is bad

l = live. however it doesn't matter if you confuse neutral and hot wires. its ac current, it runs both ways.

i saw somewhere that there is only nuetral, ground and hot. what color is live or is live hot?sry im a AC nub

ok well im kind of stuck now i just cut up the pump plug and guess what  it has 2! UNMARKED wires!!!!!!  which 2 of the 3 are they do you think?

as it was posted on OCF. ground wire is green. the other two wires dont matter @ all. AC current runs both directions so the other two dont matter. FYI green- ground, black - hot, and white - neutral.
