New to OC'ing kinda

I really want a new mobo so I can oc my rig, right now I got a pos ECS mobo. Problem is idk what board to get, money isnt a problem. If anyone can suggest somekind of awesome-uber mobo, lemme know asap plz.

BTW my specs are p4 3.2e(478 socket), 1 gig ddr 3200 ram(2x512sticks), 2x200gb drives, SBAudgiy2ZS, and PNY VERTO 6800GT.

System Specs

ABIT IC7-G or ABIT IC7 Max III . I've got the ABIT IC7-G MoBo is what running right now, and well......pretty much any body who does OCing on a 478 MoBo has recognized this board as awsome .

i would say the P4c800-e D but thats just me >:P or the IC7 MAX III also get better ram :P since you said money isnt an option i would sugest some pc4000 OCZ VX (does ddr500 @ 2-2-2-8/10) and a OCZ ram booster
