Well; its alive
Well, after much messing about for a couple of evenings we're back.
II've moved my rig into a Stacker case. Previously I was using my Asetek rad and pump externally, under the floor of my room but after some thought I felt it better to combine the lot into one case for easier servicing.
Blue lighting of the res is the power indication LED from the waterchill control unit and the small toggle switch is for bleeding the system with the psu off.
I've not got everthing in yet, I've a Coolermate fan control unit to fit, a pair of UV 12" CC's to position and still to come are some green UV dye for the watercooling and a red UV PSU connector kit (ATX, FDD, Molex, P4 and Aux connectors) and a red UV sleeving kit plus extra sleeving and heatshrink for the fans and fan control unit.
Also on order (still ) is a 30 Mtr roll of the new asetek tubing (it's actually Tubclair AL by Hozelock and is only costing me £27.00 Inc Postage for the whole 30mtrs! "Asetek" tubing is being sold at £2.50 to £4 a metre!
A major tidy up of the wiring and complete rework of the tubing is on the books as well as a blanking plate for the rest of the floor slot and filters for the same.
Fans BTW are Akasa Ultra Quiet 12cm and are an absolute treat on the ears while having a reasonable throughput at the same time.
This case is a superb piece of design and Coolermaster have now started including seperate 5.25 to 3.5 adaptor rails for mounting a fdd without having to put it in the 4 in 3 hdd enclosure and thus having to reduce the fan size. However they have only included one atx back plate (seeing as they come with the motherboard anyway I personally don't see the point in including any form of backplate anyway)
Since my better (?) half is quite unimpressed with my neglect of her, the kids, the house, cats, cars, personal appearence etc. it''ll be a few days before anything else gets done but I just thought I'd share this with you for a bit of feedback.

Neat job, have you measured the increases in your temperatures since you moved it all inside the case?

Not yet, seeing as all the covers are off I didn't see the point yet, hold on......
First impressions seem to be around the same temps strangely enough. Let's see what it's like when it's enclosed.
We'll see about the real temps when I finally get the fan controller fitted; It monitors four temps, controls 7(!) fans either auto or manual and has a selectable six colour display as well as tying into your audio for warnings (it has internal as well) and having a lock facility for the power and reset buttons this unit looks very promising.

I literally threw the PSU and cabling in there just to get back online until the UV stuff comes. The finished product should be pretty good I think but I'm unsure about the UV colours. Green water and red cabling etc. What do you think?
Oh and for anyone thinking about a good chassis for their "rig" look no further, it's big, it supports BTX (Futureproofing), two psu's, 120mm case fans, loads of drives and to do my rig has required NO cutting whatsoever (just a few small holes for mounts) oh and if if you want to play at BTX you can simply reverse the motherboard tray to use an ATX board kinda upside down (which I did - then realised my window would be on the wrong side of the case )

well i see u didn't go with the 3 120mm radiator. u would have had to cut the case up. oh well. but freat job, i love the setup. its better than mine. i want to get the black ice extreme 2 radiator and that same reservoir. i bet my temps will say down around 29C with that setup.

I didn't notice that, it does look like condensation doesn't it? Well it's not, this picture was taken about a couple of hours after a fill and bleed and that's the micro bubbles stuck to the inside of the res you're seeing .

You're right about the bubbles, they're long gone, also the dimms are in the right channels it's a neo2 platinum, they're a bit strange as to the colour coding on the channels, one green and one purple = dual channel?
It's on hold at the moment waiting for payment on a rig I've jyust unloaded so I'll be swapping out the PSU and I've got some Mushkin LII RII to have a go with.
