34°C load is very impressive. I think a Swiftech block is my next purchase.

yes it is impressive. i was thinking of around 37C just for a kit like this. i used only the kit parts. so this was a great purchase indeed. i will have pictures later of the whole rig to show it off

mx400 isn't that old school. voodoo2's are old school. I had to use a GF2 MX420 for awhile while i broke my 9700. And it could still run UT2K4 @ 1024X768, with everything on low. i was quite impressed.

I dont get this water cooling thing, is the main benefit the quiet running or the increased cooling? With my system in my sig at stock im getting 32C - 34C idle and about 38C to 39C under load and I rarely break 43C overclocked at 2.4ghz. I'd like to take the watercooling route eventually but I need you people to sell the benefits to me.

the cpu i have has a early week clawhammer core. it would run with the stock heatsink 45C idle and 50C load. i then purchased a thermalright XP-120 and put a 120mmx38mm fan on it. temps went down to 41C idle and 43C load. so now i run 33C idle and 34C load. does this give u the proof u need. it is quiet and has great performance. can't go wrong if u get a good kit.
