Overclocking Results:
3.73@4.81 water cooled
3.73@4.60 aircooled (Intel stock)

I have the same model of processor used in this, and I got it to 4.9ghz on vapochill a few days ago, they overclock well.

Nice system, but still doesn't compare with AMD's top of the line. Not trying to start a Intel vs. AMD

For gaming no it doesnt, everything else it does, but you need to actually have access to both on vapo to check that out (and thats not even including the benefits of HT with multitasking)
real world example
Photoshop bench 2 (driverheavens public release).
P4 EE ES @ 4.5ghz - 130 seconds
FX55 @ 3ghz - 175 seconds.

Well you will find quite a large percentage of those people who buy an FX55 or EE ES do own watercooling or a vapochill, dont believe me? check out xtremesystems.org forum

oh i know that....those "3D Mark Teams" are insane....but I meant as far as your "AMD is better for gaming" reference...who buys a vapochill to play Half Life?

Yeah exactly no one, however I do intend on breaking 2 minutes with the PS bench, I just hope to not fry the EE , ive it at 1.725volts from 1.4 right now at 4.95ghz stable..... time to run the bench again

Ok guys I broke the 2 minute mark with the following setup
P4 EE ES 3.73 @ 1.75 volts 5ghz. vapochill LS -17c
OCZ DDR2 @ 2.2 Volts 800mhz 8-2-3-4
Asus P5AD2-E bios 1004 (pre release).
X850XT PE (reference engineering sample).
117 seconds.
