The piece I cut out for the window weighed 8 lbs almost 3.7 kg alone.

This case is impossible to route wires through, i can't run any behind drive bays ect. I'm considering running some under the mobo, maybe that'll help

cable management is never impossible. Some cases take more work. My inverted Stacker was very hard to do since my power supply cables were so short, but even then i management to get it looking pretty decently. Give me any case and I could do a pretty decent job. All you need it patience and time.

Thats gonna be a noisy fan, lots of turbulence and whatnot going to be created by that grill, and it will make a quiet fan into a jet engine Best to use no grill at all, or the rounded ones.

I intend to put spacers between it and the actual fan body, do you think that would negate the issue you describe?
