@lowfat
Is it possible to paint the inside of the stacker without ripping out the rivets? Would a clear coat be needed as well?

I would definitely suggest taking the rivets out to do a proper job, otherwise you'll likely have runs and missed areas. I would also suggest a clear coat because it will get scratched easy. So the more clear coat you have, the more durable it will be. Taking rivets out isn't all that bad, just drill them out. And I find putting rivets back in is kind of fun .
BTW my case isn't painted, it is powdercoated. I painted the first Stacker 830 I had and it didn't turn out that well.

Oh i had a feel around my system a few nights ago, i think it's my 3850 putting out all the extra heat, the back was very very hot to the touch

I'd get the Thermaltake Duorb. But it still blows the heat into the case. It will keep your card cool though.

The duorb is amazing it's comparable to watercooling. I had my 3870 running at 31 idle. It's quiet too. Costs around $50 but oh so worth it!

Here mine is, as it is...
I borrowed the 21" Viewsonic - yup, honestly, I like LCD's much better even though the color is great. Civ4 looks awesome though at 1600x1200! Unreal 3 is gorgeous too...

Shot with KODAK EASYSHARE C433 ZOOM DIGITAL CAMERA
It's overclocked to 3.2 Ghz and at idle - fan speed visible, idle temp is about 30C.
...and this picture was just too geeky to pass up posting - and a first I bet...

Shot with KODAK EASYSHARE C433 ZOOM DIGITAL CAMERA
kind of fitting the picture shows the "Old Girl" down in the lower right corner - it's what was inside the boxes that replaced her...

It's KXNG from AC Ryan. But I had to make a few modifications, like the radiator on the side and the pumps/resevoirs in the front.
Heres a link to the KXNG

I still reckon Just Learnin's case is the best because he made it all himself
