Haha ya i take my comp apart a lot too. In fact i haven't had the side panel on since i put the cooling system in. But it sure keeps my 3870 cool. Under 27 degrees while the 3870X2 is at 34 idle.

I had that fan before my watercooling set up. I found it loud and not very effective but it looks like it works for you

Maybe it was facing the wrong way....But i know AMD 6000+ cpus output a lot more heat than the Core 2 duos. Not to mention i had mine overclocked.

lol. this E4500 is clocked to 2.86 from 2.20, so that's no excuse
but yeah, the 6000+ is the equivelent of installing the sun in your AM2 socket

no new case yet. But when the new Lian Li PC-X2000 is released and available. I will almost without a doubt upgrade to it. I'd do plan on selling my case after.

I would definitely not sell this across the border. Shipping would be killer. I already know I am going to take a $200-$250 loss on this case as is

$200 or so I am assuming. I don't think I'll be able to get more than $200-$250 shipped for it.

Yeah unfortunately when custom work is done on a case like yours its more a "for yourself" thing and once you want to sell if off the market for that kind of thing tends to be on the small side
I've learned this also in the custom car/truck field as well

Well when i was using fan cooling with the Zalman it was 43 Idle and 50-52 Load. Right now with water-cooling I'm idling at 37 and load is at 44. All temps in celsius and after overclock.
