lol. naw, i don't have a laptop. I want one though . I'm always here on DH pretty much 24/7 minus when i'm sleeping . reason being is because when i'm at home i'm on my computer (obviously ), at school, i'm taking two computer classes which let me go online , and then here at work, when it's not busy (like now), i'm on DH . So i can oversee, post, post spam, moderate, well...just browse DH in general from anywhere i am at

Kind of angry though, the cpu never gets above 55°C now but didn't get a single MHz out of the core.

I was talking about the GPU and I have a Swiftech Storm sitting on my desk here waiting for my cpu to arrive, which is a lot better than any air cooling.

That's Cool U Can See Top Of Ur Vid Card Like That. What's The Point In Having A Nice Looking Video Card If All U Can See With The Atx Cases Are The Solders Of The Capacitors And Crap? Smart Idea Also With Btx To Have Proc Up Front To Be First To Take In Fresh Air. Wonder Why Its Taking So Long For The Switch From Atx To Btx.

new system, new pics My pump died on me (again) so i am using air (again)

specs are in the sig.
Even though there isn't a good bios at the moment for my cpu/board (multiplier can't be changed, so I am stuck at 14) I am impressed with it so far. @ 166FSB, 2.3GHz, its running faster than my Althon XP @ 245FSB,2.7GHz.

check out these temps and that is with very crappy stock cooling.

nice dude . the P-M is an excellent single core processor . In several cases it can keep up w/an FX-55 in terms of gaming . What do you have your memory timings set at? what about voltage?

Well thats also a problem I am having, I have an OCZ DDR Booster here, but can't get it to work right, I stick it in the stock, and it turns on i think, but the led goes out right away, so i don't know what voltage it is at. So currenty its at 2.5-3-3-8.

you need several components actually. you need to have some RAM that has some tight timings (like 2-2-2-5). Then, you need to have a good enough PSU that will have stable rails so you can yield high overclocks. Just a couple things to get you started

No where does it say the actual DDR voltage I'll play with around with it tomorrow and see if i can get it too work. It really doesn't matter though since with my current bios, i won't be booting higher than 166fsb
