need help with DDR timing

i have a P4 2.8ghz 533FSB northwood and i overclocked it to 3ghz, but i don't know what to do with the DDR Timings, does tinkering with this help? my timings are 2-3-3-6, what's the best configuration for me? pls help coz im kinda new to overclocking, thanks

You're already running at CAS2, so there's not much room for improvement. if the system is running stable, I wouldn't mess with it.

Hi!

You could set your ram timings for 2-2-2-5 1T.
Perhaps your board supports CAS 1.5, then you could try that, but thats the top.

i wouldnt mess with it. its a bad idea. besides, higher FSB ALWAYS is better than lower latencies.

1T is better than 2T.

1.5 CAS is better than 2 CAS.

let it be known that 1.5 CAS is nearly unheard of. In fact, I have NEVER met anyone who has ran their RAM stabally that way. And no RAM makers sell their ram at those latencies...so I wouldnt hold your breath for that.
