Need Help installing a fan on a 9700 pro

Hey, I just got a vantec iceberg 4 for my radeon 9700 pro. I installed everything but I dont know how to install the fan. My problem is that the original fan on the 9700 pro has these 2 pins on the heatsink or whatever. These things are in there rock solid (they look like they have little springs on them, on the top). I really dont know what to do, Im scared to push em out with force because when i tried for a little, they didn't budge at all, and Im scared Ill break the card or something.

Every guide on how to install the iceberg 4 that i read says how easy it is to install it and it takes 10 mins, am i doing something wrong? or how am i supposed to take em off. Thanks a lot for any help.

BTW, heres a pic of the 9700 pro and circled in green are the 2 pins im talking about:

When I removed those pins I just used some Pliers and pulled them out.. they came right out for me..

You can use plyers (needlenose work the best) or some types of tweezers to squeeze the pushpins from the back of the card. This will collapse them enough to allow you to push them through. Happy modding.
