problem with radlinker overclock

i soft moded my radeon 9500 to a 9700. now im trying to change the core and ram speed using radlinker(i think)

right click desktop>properties>settings>advanced tab >advanced 3d tab>clock rate tab

i checked "enable clock rate change" changed the core and ram speed to 310.50 then i clicked on set. then a pop up menu comes up that says card successfully clocked at: blah blah blah. then i clicked ok. but when i restart my computer the clock rates go back down to defulat value. how do i fix this?

In the lower left corner of that tab there are settings for the bootup clock speed. It reverts to the default values until you change it to something else there.
