overclocking amd 64

I was just wondering how effectively the 64 bit cpus overclock and whether or not getting a cheaper amd (amd 64 2800+, etc) would be better if I oc'ed it than getting a more expensive amd 64.

These new 90nm cores seem to be what to get if overclocking is important. Check that article out.

or u can get a $400 dollar cpu and get over 3ghz. just a thought. my next computer will have a FX-55 in it. i plan on hitting 3ghz with it if possable
