Yeah, you seem to have it down bud. The HTT bus multiplied by the cpu multi gives you your cpu speed(200x11=2200MHz or 2.2GHz). Now there are other things you also have to worry about when OCing like votlages, memory speed and HTT speed. For example as you OC the HTT bus you are OCing the cpu, motherboard and memory all at once. You can however offset these with other dividers available in the bios. These are the HTT divider which is how fast the overall HTT speed will be(aka motherboard speed) and the memory divider which is how fast your memory will run. The HTT dividers are available in x2-x5 flavors. At default HTT of 200 with the default x5 mutli the mobo is running at 1000MHz(200x5). You have to adjust this multi to keep the board at 1000MHz as they dont seem to like to run much higher than that. Most see the need to drop this to x4 at about 210htt(would give you a speed of 840MHz). Depending on your memory you will also have to adjust it as you raise the htt bus. I recommend you read a few reviews to get a feel for OCing. There is an awesome A64 OCing thread at amdmb that is definitely worth a read.
