Yes it is possible. Are you going to get much out of it? Probably not. If you're lucky and you got one of the cpus with a core rated at 750 you might do pretty good though.
For any serious overclocking you're going to need a GFD (golden finger device) for multiplier adjustment. I don't think it's going to be easy finding one for sale at this poing but there are lots of guides for building them out there. Forget about overclocking the fsb above maybe 7-10 mhz or so at the most, those old slot A boards were very unfriendly to fsb overclocking without major modification.
