Glad you went for it over the vapochill man and make sure when you get it to seal the head right with the string seal to stop condensation !

lol, its not that bad; maybe a little big but at least its black Have fun putting it together and don't forget to fill the socket and make sure all cpu pins are covered with the silicone stuff.

Btw, I take it you don't like the vapo very much Z?

Edit- Btw, another thing that is really helps against condensation is to run the cpu at 100% at ALL times. Don't let it just idle when not in use. Run a program like Folding@Home and you'll be good

Really? I thought the heating element took care of all that.

It should but everybody I've talked to has said the same thing. Personally I haven't noticed any condensation even with the heat pad off but you can never be too safe.
No reason to idle with one of these anyways

I'll do some overclock attempts tomorrow....

btw...i dont think i'll be able to get as high 3dmarkscores as before....earlier i had watercooling on the 9800p now i don't... back on air on the gfx...

Good to hear you got it running. But -50c is crazy man,I set mine to hold at -20. How fast does the compressor run?
Also you should be able to use water along with the Mach II...I would

No idea...dont think thats away to change the speed of the compressor, if it is let me know....yeah i would watercool the gfx..but there is simply no room in this crappy Enlight case. It must be the worst case i've ever owned, i can't believe how bad it is.. it only have room for 2hdd's and have only one loud-ass 80mm fan in the back...it has room for another 80mm in the front, but i can't be arsed to put one in...no i'll mod it with an nice 120mm on the side and one on the top of the case when the mood comes on....
Thats the only complain i have about it so far...the chiller is awesome!!! I've been reading on some forums and come to the conclusion that -25, -30c on a max3 is pretty good...(reading from the bios)..but im not sure what reading to trust more...the evaporator temp or the bios temp...

lol, don't even talk about bad cases until you seen a Vapo. I only have room for three 50mm fans in the back If you mod the thing up with a couple 120's you'll be good to go. Btw, it's okay you can't change the compressor speed, it should vary its speed depending on how low you set the hold temp. WOuld be cool if you had a utility to checkup on that though As for the temps, I think the P4 gets the reading from a diode so the mobo reading should be close enough.
