Which is the best place to put a blower?
Just under the graphics card, in the first pci slot, or I should put it in some slots lower?

you mean a Slot Fan? i put it directly underneath the vid card..... and see if you can get it to tilt a little down at the other end so that it can draw a little more air from various other places...
