A-Data VITESTA DDR500 RAM

I have an Abit NF7-S v2 mainboard and a Mobile 2500 @ 2.5GHZ, i really want to knock my FSB up but I have crappy twinmos DDR400 that wont do over 200Mhz without 2.9V (3.1on abit board!!!)... is this a-data RAM alright? Or am I better off wacking 3.1 volts though the twinmos ram and staying at around 217Mhz? Will this kill the Twinmos quick? Thinking about getting some A-data (I am on a budget) so I need to know if its gonna be reliable... cheers guys
