Notice no difference!!

I overclocked my Sapphire Radeon 9700 non-pro into 360/300. Played and compared UT2004 with the stock settings (275/270), although I didn't notice any difference. Ofcourse there are some raise in the result of 3dMark01 and 03 but ingame, there is no noticable difference. Non that I know about.
Is there something wrong with me or with my computer, or is this just the way that it should be??

System Specs

If you run UT2004 at a high resolution and/or use AntiAliasing then the limiting factor might be the graphics memory, wich wasn't overclocked that much. The rest of the system can also be a limiting factor depending on configuration.

hmm okey. tnx for that info. Well the memories didn't allow to be overclocked very much without showing artifacts. And 350 on the core is the highest I can get without showing any artifacts. And that's without any AA and AS filtering @ 1024*768 res.
Seems that the card is kind of crappy at overklocking Though I am gonna replace the fan with the passive heatsink from Zalman + additonal fan. Maybe I can get a bit higher.
But since I did not notice any much of a difference, I don't care. I think that I'll check out the Radeon x800XT, or what the heck the name was, and see how it performs. Maybe I'll buy it
