I do Suggest that you do turn the radiator so the in and out are on the top if you haven't done so when you added the other fan, and when you do a push/pull fan on the radiator you usually do get a little lower temps because there is more muscle moving the air through the fins, making sure there is a tight seal also helps a little, and its not messy to do just get some foam weather stripping to put underneath the fans
