I Highly agree...I also reccommend matching colors...go with one color and one color only. I dont think its to bad though. IS this your first time modding a case by any chance? thats just my opinion dont mind it...im only just giving input.. ? also if you dig appliques i highly reccommend www.shatteredweb.com great site for appliques, you can even make a design or find one and submit it to them, and they can do it....

I was thinking of putting it there. I'm new here, so I didn't know where to put it. I tried a short search and didn't come up with any similar posts so I figured I'd post here to be safe, since this is kinda a non-specific topic section. And since it's only for opinions I don't see any harm

I was going to go for the matching colors, but I couldn't find suitable green fans, and I have blue neons in my car, so I wanted something different; I saw a blue/green fan which gave me the idea. It looks a lot better in person, although I know what you mean. I'm usually not a person to like multi-colored neons on something. And yeap, this is my first time working on a computer case. I really shoulda just bought a new one, but that woulda been some extra $ I don't have at the moment. Was only $30 to do it this way.. the cases I was looking at were $90+ Was fun messing around with it though.

Yes, yes it could. I was a lil' lazy, prolly won't get around to it for a while (even though it takes what? 2 minutes if that?) Doesn't matter too much, because where I sit I can't see the wires much anyhow. Except that one wire going to the fan, I think I'm gunna glue that to the sides of the case of something.

Er.... i'm not sure... but i REALLY enjoy having more then one color.... one color looks really bland... Green and blue work together.... Blue and red do to.... red and green..... really hard to get to work well..... YELLOW is plane old ugly.... (don't mix with anything)

I like the use of more than one color.......oh......and blue and yellow go together pretty nicely. Yellow case with blue lighting looks pretty neat.
I have purple neon and with the red LED's it makes it look multi colored......sounds ugly.....but looks neat

Nice job NCX, I modded my girlfriends case with antec green led lighted fans and then added a blue cold cath.,light near the top window (her case has 3 windows) she loves it it gives a kind of unearthly glow to the whole case. If you plan on doing your wires I suggest getting the vantec expandable wire sleve kit you can get red, green, yellow or blue all are uv sensitive and really
do a nice job.Just make sure you get a molex tool to remove the molex connectors to make it easier to slide the expandable sleve over the wires. With my case I used the uv yellow kit and ran blue and red el wire inside the sleve now it looks like viens, ( my case is all red led fans and red cold cath light.) You can also get a special tool to remove the atx power connector so you can add the sleve covering to those wires. With both the molex and atx connectors just make sure if you do this that you make and mark a diagram so that you get the wires plugged back into the proper holes in the connectors. www.creativemodding.com has some nice guides and links to where to purchase these items or you can just do a search.
