??? 80mm to 120mm Fan adapter / fan ducting questions

I have a thermalright slk700 w/ panoflo 39cfm 32db fan. Its pretty quiet, and good at cooling. Would i benifit by getting a 120mm fan with more throughput but the same noise level?!!

Also has anyone tried any of these fan ducting solutions... attach to you intake fan at the front and dump cold air straight onto your cpu....

any info would be great, cheers
