week 34 barton - multiplier?
The BIOS for ym m/b lets you change the multiplier for the cpu, but when windows boots and i load easytune, t states the multiplier is still 11??
Do i have a locked cpu? |

if it doesnt change when you manually set it to another setting then it is indeed locked
