I need help finding something to cool my CPU

I admit that I am a newbie when it comes to CPUs. I have an Intel P4 3.2. My computer gets very loud even when my room is warm. I can only imagine what it will be like this summer. I am pretty sure the 2 cooling fans and the airflow shroud that Dell put in the computer case just aren't doing the job since the computer gets really loud when the room is warm. I am tried of the noise to the point of not wanting to use my new computer. I am wondering what is the best cooling system and heatsink to buy for an Intel P4 3.2. I looked at a couple websites that sells fans and heatstink cooling systems but I didn't find much for a Pentium 4 3.2 GHZ processor. I am looking for something that will cut the noise down to the point of almost being silent, if that is possible. I'm not really experienced with installing new computer parts. It isn't that I can't do it, I just haven't had to do much of the installing of new parts myself. But I think I can manage replacing the heatsink and fans.

Thank you for any help that can be given.

ever thought about water cooling? I mean, its worth doing as some say, if not, a big copper heatsink and a quiet fan is good enough.

Bar none this is the best heatsink with a 90mm fan right HERE

Try replacing your stock case fans with some from Aerocool or Antec.

I like that heatsink but I'm not too sure about taking out the motherboard to replace the heatsink brackets. That's what one reviewer at newegg.com said had to be done. Are there any other good heatsinks that use the brackets that are already on the motherboard? Oh and do I need to buy a fan to put on the Thermalright heatsink you posted above since it doesn't come with one or will the 2 case fans and airflow shroud setup that is in my computer right now be ok?

I will probably get one of these 2 fans: Antec Fan 1 or Antec Fan 2 . I haven't decided which one I want yet, but I'll need to buy 2 of them for the case. The fans I have in my case are both 90 mm.
