Cutting Steel w/Dremel
Any tips on whats the best bit to use for cutting steel cases?

Dremel, schmemel!
Tin-snips take 1/100th the time and are much more emotionally satisfying! (I never did find a bit that worked decent with my dremel.  )

hrmmm, that sounds nice and all, but I need something for squares and other non-circle shapes, any leads on that?

Do you actually have these yet? Since it only specifies wood and drywall, I'm wonder how well and how many times they will work on steel...

no squares lol. but you will cut many, many holes before the saws die on you. Yeah, it says wood and drywall but I've cut 3 holes so far with the one 80mm bit and it's still working fine  For $7 (and like $4 shipping I think) I am not complaining

Actually, a hole saw is a good way to start a square hole - especially when the diameter of the hole matches the length of the sides you need to cut.
Cut the hole with the round holesaw, then use tin snips, a hacksaw, a jigsaw or dremel to "square off" the circle.
