Raising FSB on locked 2500+

I've just ordered a Barton 2500+ along with a Spire WhisperRock IV heatsink fan.

I now that this processor may be all locked up, but shouldn't I be able to change the FSB up to 200mhz and running the processor at 2200mhz without any problems?

In a perfect world: yes. But how far you will be able to overclock your processor depends on your cooling and the chip itself. Some chips overclock great, others don't. Luck of the draw.
