I did an overnight of CPUburn a Prime95 (To get it as hot as possible, and check for errors or inconsistanies)

I managed to push it to 43C.

Thats with the diode pushed up, and a little dab of ceramique on it. I have a slk900A and a 92MM tornado at full speed and a 10 inch fan blowing in the side of the case. The CPU is at 2Vcore.

Even under full load overnight the NB temp didn't go more than 1C over room temp.

CPU burn is the best heater of CPUs, It brings my chips alot hotter alot faster than any other program out there. Right now with just a folding client going my temp is 39C. (As close to idle as I ever let my system get)

2 core volt on air is a little risky for my tastes even with the SLK900

Hmm.. I wouldn't say, unless his temps reach 50C and higher then I would worry...

On my NF7-S 2.0 with a XP1700@220x11, 1.8V = 2425MHz, I get 37-40C Idle, 44-46C Full Load, and 50C+ after Toast

This is with a SLK-900(A), Ceramique, and a 80MM Vantec Tornado @ 3800RPM, with two outtakes, two intakes, pretty damn good airflow.

I think I might have to reseat my heatsink, cause I think I should be getting better temps, and I'm gonna put this duct I have on the CPU ---- > Side Window to get fresh air to the heatsink constantly. But that will take me another 2 weeks cause I gotta customly cut the side window to make it nice and neat.

I would think you'd need to have the same BIOS revision too as the numbers vary ~8c depending on which BIOS you use....

Would the bios rev. actually have a difference on temps?

Yes....there have been alot of instances where just changing the BIOS will "show" a different temp, yet not necessarily the actual temp. The Asus A7N8X boards where good for this!!
