Just bought the 865PE Neo2-FISER
This board should provide what I'm lacking in this ABIT board, some nice volts for my ram. Sinse volts in ram = good.

As far as I know, there are no volt mods for my MAX3.... Besides, the MAX3 touts up to 3.2vdimm. It however becomes unstable at 2.9 which is in the safe zone of a lot of high end DDR. Once you hit 2.9 or up you start fluctuating violently between 2.8-3.4
