i think the 2.4c is the best bang for the buck if you are going to overclock! by far!! you really do not have to put to much effort into it either. love mine.

50c@full (CPU 35-40c@full(mobo) However, my hardcano reports about <35c for my CPU. I'm running a IC7-MAX3 and they have tendency to add about 20-30c. I am doing a lot better with the 2.4c overclocked than I was with the 3.0c @ stock.

It dosen't look like I'm going to be getting any higher than this. If I drop my divder to 5:4 I will loose about 800 points on sandra memroy. And gain about 100mhz clock speed and barely gain a measly 400 in sandra cpu.

Ok, couldnt wait so i popped it (my sl6z3) into my work pc with stock cooler and intially she is running @ 285 @ 25c! idle and no as3 yet all stock, 3.4, stock voltage so far, to be safe i put it @ 1.58 vcore and all runs flawlessly, the real testing will be tonight!
so far i can say the M0 hype is quite real, the bottom of the chip looks just like the EE.
put it this way if i can get to 290 i will be a happy camper anything above that will be candy.
If you can get your hands on one the 2.4c M0 is the chip to have, my d1 sl6wf could only do 270-275 and that was with vcore set to 1.65 min and temps @ 30idle

My D1 is not having any problems.... The 'EE' chip is something I will pass on for ahwile. Sinse it is just going to be causing a huge ruckus. Eventualy people will start messing their chips up trying to unlock 2mb L3 cache. All in good time my friend.
