Insufficient PSU or bad ram?

I've been burning in my new pc XP 2400+@2150 soyo KT133a mobo 768mb gf4 ti4200 and Ive been getting some ineteresting problems, the first is my mouse and keyboard freeze but everything else the system is doing continues without a hitch. The second is I was getting a weird registry problem. I removed my 256mb module and the problems stopped is this because A. ram cant handle that speed B. my 350 psu is no enough for my new system C. something else?

btw the ram is PC133

If you were running a nforce board I would say get a new PSU. However, since I imagine the ram probably has a number of years behind it..it's probably the ram. I wouldn't even bother going out and buying more so you can put that money towards faster ram & a newer board.
