Overclock it even more!
I have seen people hit 4GHz with P4C procs. Your 3GHz one limits you because of the high multi 2.4Cs are better because they can crank the FSB way up to like 300MHz (With proper cooling on the NB)
See if you can find a 2.4C for cheap.

Nah, the 3.0s and the 2.4s clock just as far. It's like the 2500s and the 2800s... People just buy the slower one cuz it's cheaper and overclocks just as well.

You cant change the multi on P4s, so its better to get a slow one for the higher FSB and same core clock speed.

oooooohhh, I thought you wanted to get faster.
ORB doesn't like non legit keys, you cant use it illegally. (Just a general comment, I'm not saying you stole it)

Are you posting 2k3 or 2k1? Cuz seriously, with 2k3 the CPU speed has almost NOTHING to do with the tests. There was a big test like 2 months ago and these dudes ran 3dmark on like an 80mhz computer and current faster computer with a bunch of vid cards and it determined that CPU speed and FSB had nearly NOTHING to do with your score.
SO if you're trying to bench 2k3 then you prolly don't need to bother to overclock the CPU or FSB much.
If you're trying for 2k1 then the orb doesn't like high FSBs on lots of cpus. That's usually the thing that orb kicks out the most, well, aside from abnormally high scores.

It doesn't give a reason right? I've only had 3dmark bitch at me once when uploading. It didn't like my 9500np at 430mhz core. But I can't remember what it said.
