exclamation OMG Need Help plz

Ok for the last 2 days ive been cooling my cpu using air from outside as discussed here ghetto cooling

Problem (dont laugh) Im sick as hell from leaving my window open and i need to close but when i do my cpu is not stable at room temps even at stocks speeds this has forced me to do 2 things get sicker as I type this and order a ASUS A7N8X-X - UAY and a XP 2500+ barton 512 mb PC4000 cl2.5

but......I have a paper to finish by monday and if i leave this window open while i work on it ill die. Any suggestions? ..........

Do you have any case fans? If so, put one on one of the open sides of the heatsink.. you know, the sides that air would normally have to flow out of, put one fan blowing air through it on one side and maybe another on the other blowing away from the heatsink. I've noticed you can achieve slightly cooler temps that way (I've currently got my other comp like that: moved the fan from the top of the heatsink to the side, got about 2-5C difference) Maybe it's enough so that you can then close the case. Also, can you move the PC away from you and maybe put some stuff in between you and the PC to dampen the sound? You could also just get some headphones and listen to music, but if you're distracted by the PC hum then music might not be an option....

I kind of like the PC hum.... it's kind of like a reassuring white-noise. I can't sleep in total silence..

i currently have 4 case fans in it intake at front and side and 2 back exhausts cpu cooling is thermaltake volcano 7 never had any stability problems until yesterdaythe temps arent the problem i dont think 27c idle and 32 load
