Odd occurance....

I'm finding that I can run stabaly at 233fsb when I'm at my friends house. When I come home however, I can only reach 225 and not always stable. I know for a fact, it's COLDER here, so that isn't the problem. Could it be my outlet? Maybe my battery backup?

could be crappy wall curent, could be humidity, magnetic forces of earth, theres alot it could be

but alot of houses have old poor wireing and also the quality of power comeing from the power co varries 2 depending were you are...
