??? *UPDATE* Bad board?
My board won't run stable at anything higher than 1.7v on the CPU.... I know this CPU is capable of it, it's run at 2.0v before. Do you think it's the board?

You talkin about the your Abit P4 board? You're nuts feeding a P4 that much juice; might actually be the cpu refusing to run that high..
