I can reach 245fsb but...
I am running into one major problem, my drives are lagging big time and I don't know what to do. Sometimes they will take like 10 minutes just to reach the Windows loading screen.

Sounds like somethings overworked. Hows the cpu once you get into windows? You try loading it up? Might need to raise the voltage a bit

That's just it, the CPU seems fine, craig suggested I get a different NB and add a SB cooler.

I had pretty much the same problem with my machine I think it's your Ram The newer Rams PC3700 are Cas 3 and dont like to be run with aggressive timings. Try lowering your voltage to the ram as well My corsair runs better at 2.6 standard voltage .
