It helped my r9800. I would only get like 420MHz for a while, but after running it like that I went to recheck it and I was able to push up to 450MHz.

It hurt my 1800+ cpu, when I first got it I was able to do like 1700MHz (Or was is 1800MHz? I can't remember anymore, I only used it for a very short period of time) but after a while I could only push like 1650MHz.

It helped my PIII, it would do 933, after a while at that speed it would do 980.

It hurt my GF4, it would do 330, after a while it would only do 310.

it helped my P133, it would do 166, but later it was able to go way higher all the way to 250.

Its done alot of othet stuff to alot of my other components as well, I just cant remember all of them at this time. Basicly some stuff it happens to help, and other stuff it hurts.
