I have a hard time understanding how people can so freely trash upon Intel. Especialy sinse, Intel was one of the founders of CPU technology....

*cough* IBM. And before that the many governments around the world...
Though as for trashing intel. Most do it because intel sorta grew into a company to hate Sharkims. With such wonderful things like pushing expensive crappy rambus, and before that some of the dreadful graphic chipsets... Their like the big bad (overpriced) company now is all. |

AMD has shown people that a cheap chip doesn't have to suck. Intel still wants ridiculos amounts of money for their cheapest good chip. (The 2.4C)
