My newest project
I just went though my house and did this mod to every PSU. (Except for my PC Power and Cooling PSUs and one other one, they didn't need it) The airflow is definatly increased and the average temps in most of the cases has decreased. (4 out of 6) Highly reccomended mod, especially for its price and difficulty.
EDIT: I accidentally had increased and decreaed swapped.

my enermax already comes with hugeeeeee air space at the back  good mod for psu's that dont though
