New Poll: To overclock or not to overclock?

The theme over the last week on the driverheaven forum has primarily concentrated on overclocking, with alot of new people joining up to debate in our overclocking and modding forum with our board members.

I would like to get some figures for the percentage of visitors to our site regarding this. So do you overclock or not?

Your comments, as always are welcome in this thread.

Oc'ing

I have my XP 2400+ Oc'd to 2119Mhz 15X141.3 FSB.

I o/c my GF4 4800SE occasionally, but always go back to defaults at the end of the day.

I dont think you can tell a great deal of difference personally.

Cheers!

Man it's to damn addictive. I've only started overclocking about 2 months ago. And with exception for my ram (wich I'm taking care of on Friday) My system is completley up to date with all of the latest sh*t on hella expensive components that work absoutley perfect and really dont need to b e overclocked.
It's these damn forums. I'm telling ya. Between my last post and now I have played BHD for 45 min, tweeked for about a half, And the rest of the time I've been building tubing to run from my air conditioner to the front of my case.
I think I might just need some help.
By the way. If people are reading this who have never overclocked. It took me just 2 weeks of being a total rookie at overclocking before I killed my first motherboerd. A brand new soltek at that.

GazC is on a distinguished road

I spend money to overclock to save money(??)

In fact, sometimes I feel so guilty that I think I should send AMD some extra money to compensate for the "free" performance I'm "stealing" from them! The same goes for ATi and Twinmos. I'm such a bad person

Nah, just kidding! Overclock everything! It's addictive!

My temp is about 50°C on load.
I would like to know if it's warm or not with a 2600+/volcano 9 ?
If i OC more my CPU, i must push the vCore above 1,7v so it's hotter and noiser...
